Synchronoss’s Digital Experience Platform is a technical marvel when it comes to service integration and journey insight across multiple channels. The low-code editor and component library empowers business users to take control over the fine tuning of enterprise-grade workflows, customer and user experience, business rules and integration.
Working as Lead UX/UI Designer on such a technical project has been a great challenge, as the requirements are so detailed and it’s vital the end user experience is as simple and intuitive as possible.
